About the authors
Hugh Leong first came to Thailand as a Peace Corps English teacher. He has taught English at the Royal Thai Naval Academy and Chiang Mai University, and was director of AUA Chiang Mai. He has an MA in TESOL. He lives in Chiang Mai and continues to be involved in language teaching. Kidd Pongsadhat is an assistant professor at Chiang Mai University, consultant to the Ministry of Education, and headmaster of the AUA Chiang Mai Language Center. He has an MA in Education.
ฮิว ลีออง (Hugh Leong) เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษแก่ผู้ที่พูดภาษาอื่น (TESOL) อดีตผู้อํานวยการสถาบันภาษาเอยูเอ เชียงใหม่ อาจารย์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ทั้งยังเคยสอนภาษาอังกฤษในหลายประเทศมากว่า 15 ปี ปัจจุบันพํานักอยู่ในเชียงใหม่และเขียนหนังสือ คิด พงศทัต (Kidd Pongsadhat) อดีตอาจารย์ใหญ่สถาบันภาษาเอยูเอ เชียงใหม่ ที่ปรึกษาด้านภาษาอังกฤษ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และผู้ช่วยผู้อํานวยการโครงการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ (TEFL) ของ US Peace Corps ปัจจุบันทํางานสอนทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยที่เชียงใหม่
